Welcome, Our New Case Manager
Shayla Thacker
At Hope First, our case manager meets one-on-one with each client, helping them set goals, navigate challenges, access resources, and build a plan for long-term success. She is often the consistent, trusted voice during a time that can feel overwhelming and uncertain.
Through our Circle of Care program, she provides personalized, ongoing support for moms who are pregnant or parenting a child under two years old.
This support can include:
• Emergency and long-term housing
• Medical needs
• Household items
• Groceries
• Childcare
• Utilities
• Transportation
• Automobile assistance
• And other stability-related needs
She meets with each client once a month for up to two years. Over time, that consistency builds trust, stability, and hope during one of the most critical seasons of a family’s life.
